  • 172 furnished studios of 23 m2 for one or two students.
    140 x 200 cm bed with mattress, mattress cover and pad, storage bench, bedside table, desk with chair and lamp, wastepaper basket, wardrobe, hanging shelves, dining table with two chairs, kitchenette with double ceramic hob, microwave and fridge, private bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.

  • Sheets, pillows, duvet, dishes, household linen are not included. However, you can temporarily rent a sleeping kit. Find out more
  • Please note that access to ATRIUM residence is restricted every year during the Balélec festival in May. Only tenants are allowed to access their residence on the day of the festival.
