The ambassadors are students who are there to welcome and assist you from the moment you arrive. Their mission is to raise awareness of the need to live together amicably and to foster social life.
Assistance, information, safety and security
The caretaker team is at the residences to give assistance, look after your safety and security, and answer your questions. In the evening, security staff take over.
Laundry facilities
Washing machines (which you pay to use) and dryers (free of charge) are available in the communal laundry rooms.
