Professional development at FMEL

The FMEL would like to congratulate Aldina Esteves, the first FMEL employee to undergo on-the-job training (art. 32). Her determination and perseverance have enabled her to obtain her CFC as a cleaning agent. The FMEL looks forward to continuing its fruitful collaboration with Aldina Esteves.

The FMEL is committed to supporting the professional development and coaching of its staff. To this end, it devotes part of its budget to training courses leading to certification. A second member of the cleaning staff will start her CFC training in August 2023.
