When registering on our website on Tuesday 1 May 2018, you will have to fill in a basic form (available on our website on 1.5.18) with your contact details; no documents are required for registering.

You will have to specify your preference concerning the start date of your stay at the FMEL as you will be able to choose between the 1st and 16th of a month - from mid-May to mid-September 2018.

Before registering, please thus consider your academic institution’s calendar and determine when your presence is required.

You will also have to indicate the type of accommodation that you would like to register for. We thus suggest that you check out our website before registering, in order to determine which type of room would suit your needs best.

Please note that it will not be possible to choose the house/residence when registering as this depends on our availabilities.


If you wish to register for accommodation at the FMEL as of this summer or next semester (starting September 2018) you will be able to do so on our website on Tuesday 1 May 2018.  


As of 1 November 2017, the FMEL Administration will have the following opening hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 4pm
Tuesday: closed
