In view of the large number of registrations received, registration for the following months is now closed

For the persons who registered: When we are able to offer you accommodation, we will contact you via e-mail (please also check your junk mail folder).

Please do NOT call us to find out if you have a room. We will contact you by e-mail to inform you whether we have a room for you or not.

Thank you for your patience.

When registering on our website on Tuesday 14 November 2017, you will have to indicate your preference concerning the start date of your stay at the FMEL.

Before registering, please consider your academic institution’s calendar and determine when your presence is required as you will be able to choose between the 1st and 16th of a month - from November 2017 to May 2018.

You will also have to choose the type of accommodation that you will require. We thus suggest that you check out our website before registering, in order to determine which type of room would suit your needs best.

Please note that it will not be possible to choose the house/residence when registering as this depends on our availabilities.

No documents are required for registering; we will only need you to fill in a basic form with your contact details.

As of 1 November 2017, the FMEL Administration will have the following opening hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 4pm
Tuesday: closed

We are currently fully booked for the Autumn 2017 semester.
If you wish to register for accommodation at the FMEL for the 2018 Spring semester, you will be able to do so on our website on Tuesday 14 November 2017.

We are sorry to have to inform you that we are fully booked for September. Unfortunately, we do not have room for everyone who registered given the high demand.

There is no point in contacting us, whether you are registered at the FMEL or not, as we have nothing to offer at the moment.

Please contact the housing office of UNIL or EPFL to obtain information on alternative search options (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
