  • 42 fully-furnished dorm rooms each room has a bed with mattress (90x200cm) and mattress coversheet, a table, a chair, a portable filing cabinet, a cupboard and a fridge. Rooms have a private bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin).
  • rooms are about 14 sqm
  • shared fitted kitchen and living room on the same floor

  • 3 fully-furnished studio flats for 1 or 2 persons (1 or 2 beds with mattress (90x200cm) and mattress coversheet, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 portable filing cabinets, 2 bedside tables, a two-door cupboard), private bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) and 1 kitchenette (2 hotplates, microwave, fridge)
  • studio flats are about 22
  • Please note that the lease is in the name of one tenant only.

  • Bedding, sheets, towels and dishes are not provided.


All rooms and studios have a wi-fi hotspot.

A short-term rental system during the summer months will be implemented from 2020 onwards. Information on this subject will be available on our website and booking portal from Spring 2020. 

Room and Studio Upkeep:

  • Residents are responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of their own rooms. Any necessary items such as brooms, hoover, cloths can be borrowed from the house manager.
  • Corridors, stairways and shared areas are maintained regularly by the FMEL staff. Residents using the shared kitchens must wipe the table, sweep the floor, and do the washing up after each meal.

Hours of silence at night and other cohabitation rules

  • Tenants shall show due respect to their neighbours and should not make any noise inside or outside the building (music, talking, bottles thrown in the container, car doors slammed, etc. after 10 p.m.)

The residence is for both men and women
