A short-term rental system during the summer months will be implemented from 2020 onwards. Information on this subject will be available on our website and booking portal from Spring 2020.
For persons subject to foreigner tax - over 25 years old - the tax is not included (CHF 150.– per calendar year)
Residents are responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of their own studio/room. Any necessary items such as brooms, hoover and cloths can be borrowed from the house manager.
Corridors, stairways and shared areas are maintained regularly by the FMEL staff.
Hours of silence at night and other cohabitation rules
Tenants shall show due respect to their neighbours and should not make any noise inside or outside the building after 10 p.m. (music, talking, bottles thrown in the container, car doors slammed, etc.)
Radio and TV tax:
The tenants of Jordils Residence must pay the compulsory national radio-TV tax. Serafe invoices the fee for each studio as an individual household. Flatshares are also considered by Serafe as each an individual household. The tax is to be paid by the roommates and shared between them.
