• 37 furnished rooms in a mixed-gender shared flat of at least 14m² with mezzanine, to be shared among 3, 4, or 5 students.  Each room includes a 90 x 200 cm bed with mattress and mattress protector, a desk with chair and lamp, a wastebasket, wardrobe, hanging space, bookshelf, and mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is shared between two rooms and includes a toilet, shower, and sink. There is also a common living area for 3, 4, or 5 rooms.
  
  
• 4 furnished XL shared rooms in a mixed-gender shared flat of at least 20m² with mezzanine, designed for 1 or 2 students, to be shared among 3, 4, or 5 students.Each room features two 90 x 200 cm beds with mattresses and mattress protectors, a desk with chair and lamp, a wastebasket, wardrobe, hanging space, bookshelf, and mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom, shared between two rooms, includes a toilet, shower, and sink. There is also a common living area for 3, 4, or 5 rooms.

Features at Planète Bleue : sheets, pillows, and duvets are included and cleaned every 15 days by Planète Bleue. However, dishware and household linens are not included.

The FMEL team and the tenants' commitee will inform each new tenant about the specifics of this residence during their check-in.
