You can pay your security deposit and your rent in a number of ways:

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

With the orange payment slip which was sent to you, in cash, at a post office. We would strongly encourage you, to use this method of payment.
With the orange payment slip which was sent to you, by your bank, or via internet : don’t forget to key in the reference number.
with a blank pink payment slip in cash at a post office specificying our postal account number CCP 10-25999-7 : don’t forget to state your name, room number and the name of your residence, as well as what you are paying, rent or security deposit.
N.B. : cash payments at our offices in Rhodanie are only accepted for small amounts less than 100.–CHF (rent differences, minor damage or key replacement costs, etc…).

For payments from abroad, and/or via a bank, please instruct your bank to accept all bank charges (including those of the Swiss bank). If we receive incorrect payment amounts, administrative charges will be billed to your account. REMINDER : the security deposit must be paid as soon as you receive your lease (your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment of the security deposit). Rent must be paid in advance, latest by the 5th of the month.
