IMPORTANT : the security deposit MUST be paid before you arrive. We will use it to cover any damage or additional cleaning, if necessary, as ascertained during your check-out. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT CANNOT BE USED TO PAY RENT.
The following documents must be filled in, signed and sent back before your arrival :
- the lease
- the questionnaire for the BCV bank
- the arrival form for the police (”contrôle des habitants”).
To get your key, you have to make an appointment with the house manager. See phone number on page House Manager at least one week before you arrive. You must contact him during working hours which are, Monday to Friday between 8.00 – 12.00 a.m. and 2.00 – 5.00 p.m. Arrivals and departures are not possible at weekends, on public holidays, nor at night.
N.B. the Monday before the winter semester starts is a public holiday in the Canton of Vaud. No staff are on duty and all shops and banks are closed.
Please remember the name of your residence and your room number. In order to make your arrival easier, you can look at this map to find the better way to reach your new “home”.
