How to apply for a room or studio :
firstly, you need to sign up on the inscriptions page of this site. N.B. : inscription is mandatory, but does not entitle you to a room.
Rooms are assigned by order of inscription : first come, first served. Do not hesitate to sign up well ahead of time, a year in advance, or even more than a year, to give you the chance to get a room. Follow the instructions on the inscription page and make a note of the inscription number assigne to you by the system. Your inscription automatically goes into the waiting list.
N.B. : every month, don’t forget to renew your inscription, online inscriptions page on our website. The renewal key is not the same as the one for an initial inscription. If you do not renew your inscription, it will automatically be eliminated from the waiting list after one month.
We can reactivate it. To do so you need to contact us, but you lose your place in the waiting list.
You cannot sign up more than once. If you try to do so, this will not increase your chances of obtaining a room, on the contrary. If you have already been a resident in one of our houses, you cannot sign up again. You must contact us by telephone if you need a room .
When your name is at the top of the waiting list, the house adminstrator will contact you to see if you are still interested and if the room or studio available suits your requirements. Only a written confirmation (e-mail or by post) from the house adminstrator entitles you to a room or studio.
N.B. : your room will only be definitively reserved for you when we received payment of the security deposit. If two weeks after receiving your rental documents (confirmation letter, lease, payment slips etc…) we have not received your security deposit payment, we reserve the right to assign the room or studio to someone else.
